Saturday: travel from Schiphol, Amsterdam to Ramada Inn Airport East, Oklahoma

1. Amsterdam - Schiphol Airport (AMS) - departure time: 07:05
2. Manchester - International Airport - arrivaltime: 07:30 - departuretime: 10:35
3. Chicago - O'Hare International Airport - arrivaltime: 12:55 - departuretime: 15:00
4. Oklahoma - Will Rogers Airport (OKC) - arrivaltime: 17:05
5. Budget rent a car - Chevrolet HHR (which is by no means equal to a Pontiac G6!)
6. Ramada Inn Airport East, 7400 South May Avenue, I-240

OK! We finally arrived in Oklahoma City. After a quite and very fast travel without any delay's. No problems at customs whatsoever. The usual checks went fluently. But arriving at our Ramada Inn Airport East I was extremely tired and went to bed at once without bothering on the laptop and preparing a first message of our flight.
So now in short. We prepared to sit in the plane at the correct location, that is behind the wings and at the rightside window. So we had a very nice view on the Greenland icecap!
Just a short notice on the weather prediction for tomorrow ;-). Forecast is pretty "bad" till at least wednesday. Only some isolated T-storms might develop over eastern Kansas and the western Missouri region. So having this in mind Roy and I decided to go west for the landscapes in Texas, New Mexico and perhaps Arizona. Our first target is the Palo Duro Canyon near Amarillo.
